Foreign or Vietnamese residing abroad who hold a valid passport or immigration document issued by a foreign country and use that document for entry into or exit from Vietnam.

Provide your valid passport to the cashier for verification.
Review the VAT invoice and the VAT refund declaration, then sign two copies; each party keeps one copy.

Customs records the inspection result and stamps approval or rejection of the refund.
